The LUBRIX V-Series

For many years, MQL systems of the LUBRIX V-Series have been in use in modern production processes operated by leading industrial companies. The systems have been continuously optimized over the course of time and offer operators a complete MQL standard capable of meeting every demand no matter what type of machine or process.

All of the system versions listed below can also be fitted with a variety of optional extras, such as:

• Profibus interfaces
• Profinet interfaces
• High-pressure (HP) modules
• Mounted/stand-alone jigs
• Additional controllable components

The MQL system for all lathes fitted with a turret and/or for all machine tools fitted with a spindle nose up to HSK-63. This system fulfils every requirement in terms of response time, the required absolute volume flow, the necessary lubricant volume and operator-friendliness and thus meets every demand in all kinds of areas of application.

The MQL system for every machine tool fitted with a spindle nose larger than HSK-63 or with multiple numbers of the same tool running simultaneously. The LUBRIX V8 system also fulfils all of the functionality of the LUBRIX V5 system but with the capability of delivering a far higher overall volume flow and thus reliably supplying several points of consumption with an MQL medium simultaniously.

These MQL systems have been designed to simultaneously provide two different tools with different MQL medium volumes at the same time. They fulfil all of the functions of the LUBRIX V5 system but can supply two different points of consumption simultaneously and independently of each other with the ideal amounts of lubricant.
